Highly recommendedFirst day in Deliceto and, fortunately, for Sunday lunch I found the right place.Polite and very welcoming staff, in a modern, bright and very pleasant environment. They immediately informed me that there was a fixed menu formula at 30 euros which, considering the goodness and abundance of the food, seemed very cheap to me.-Cold starter of cold cuts and cheeses-Hot appetizer: potato flan, parmigiana, courgette omelette with ham, fried polenta-cavatelli sausage and pepper crusco-sliced beef and fillet-ribs overcooked in wine-salad-coffee-bitter (alas I declined)-wine-waterfallThe food is top notch and the presentation (as is also evident from the photos) is no different. It will certainly also make excellent pizzas, but not being a big fan of it, it would seem like a wasted meal in front of so much goodness.I will definitely go back at the first opportunity. Thanks again

We are Americans who have lived in Italy for almost 2 years, so we’ve eaten a lot of food here! The meal we had here was definitely one of the best we’ve had in Italy! We loved everything, especially the cacio e pepe and bombette. The staff were so accommodating and friendly too. We can’t wait to go back! …

I had already been to the Deliceto bistro but in the previous locationVery nice place, well looked after and furnished with care.As soon as you enter there is warmth, the smell of good food, home. The service is fast and the staff are friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive. The bread made by them with Venere rice is something that cannot be described, I invite you to try it. Next time, I will try the pizza dough, already so light, with black Venere riceUntil next time

A magnificent place with a fresh and youthful appearance, almost surgical cleanliness, from the terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the ancient village of Deliceto, excellent dishes (abundant) expertly prepared, exquisite and balanced. The staff is kind, friendly and available for every need. A bistro where you can feel at home, prices are more than honest given the quality and quantity of the dishes. If you pass through Deliceto, a stop here is a must.Highly recommended.

Bistro with a view. While I savor the delicacies of the "Bistrot", I think...: "But what is this French word doing in this country?I put the thought aside with a note: "Explore the topic of this strange pairing." And I continue to taste the appetizer that has just arrived. A riot of colors and flavors celebrate on my plate. The pungent smells of the hot purple cabbage flan with gorgonzola cream rise into my nostrils... It melts in my mouth leaving a wonderful flavour, the hot asparagus flan with pecorino cream... To drink: a glass of red Aglianico from Lucania enhances the flavors of this well-made dish which reserves other delights. With the polenta and cod millefeuille, I travel through the flavors of a cuisine far from here. And I like this mix of cuisines of different traditions. I return to "eating at home" to enjoy a dish that has become an institution on Southern tables: aubergine parmigiana. I give myself 60 seconds to archive this watercolor I have just tasted in my brain.... My gaze fell on the first course: Spaghettoni with pistachio cream and stracciatella, filleted spek and a handful of chopped pistachios. "My belly, make a hut and welcome this food that has fallen like a godsend from the Bistro"... Look at that! Here we go again! And we return to the beginning. Where I left the question mark waiting for the exhaustive response. Bistrot is a French word, heard for the first time in 1800 in Paris, the capital of that country. Originally it meant a tavern, but over time it also became a small café. This is what "Bistrot" has to do with this town, the tavern! Meeting place of the Aristocracy of the time, the men who, in front of a good glass of wine, played with Neapolitan cards and made village chatter. Over the centuries, a refined evolution of the tavern transformed it into a place for drinking, tasting and chatting in company. After this digression, my "Frenchization" took place. We arrived at the "Dessert"! I don't write a word about this sin of gluttony. I taste it in "religious silence", my cuddly sweet.

Very positive experience. Clean, tidy environment, very friendly, familiar and helpful staff. Genuine food, with attention to the smallest details. The pizza in particular, fabulous. The freshness of the products used is noticeable. To be recommended.

A beautiful venue on two levels. The pizza is very good, with 72 hours of maturation, very light... the place is equipped with quality and first choice meats. The menu is varied and there is the possibility of choosing wines as it has a cellar with bottles of quality wines.
